In line with Octava Foundation's aim to promote holistic development of less fortunate children and youth in Singapore, the grantmaking Foundation has pledged a 3-year funding support towards Care Corner Youth Rangers programme at Care Corner – Teck Ghee Youth Centre commencing April 2017.

Octava Foundation, a registered charity with grantmaker status, was founded with a Mission to build impactful and sustainable programmes, as well as to provide financial aid to strengthen the pillars of home, school and societal support which in turn promotes the holistic development of less fortunate children and youth in Singapore.

One of the specific target groups that Octava Foundation seeks to empower is children and youth from lower income groups who are starting to show signs of disengagement from school or mainstream society.

Care Corner's Youth Rangersprogramme targets youths between 13 and 17 years of age who are at risk of falling into juvenile delinquency, and develops them to become caring leaders with positive social and life skills, who may then contribute back to the local and overseas communities in positive ways.
